When fans open a Bud Light, the excitement of the season officially opens up too. We leveraged the excitement of NFL season kickoff game to create a season-long campaign in order to unite the collective NFL fandom with a kickoff ritual to commemorate the beginning of the season (and every game after that).
Our mission was to solidify Bud Light’s position as “for the fans” and own the biggest moment for football in 2022, the NFL season kickoff, by making Bud Light synonymous with the football watching occasion, whether in-stadium or at-home including teaming up with NFL stars Travis Kelce and George Kittle to reimagine a classic MNF tune with the sound of Kickoff Beers and remind fans that football starts with Bud Light, team cans, a first of its kind NFT program, and countless rewards for NFL fans.
